PRICING

Modes to fit your context

We have 3 pricing modes depending on your context, needs and stage of growth:

1. Fractional COO - we provide cross-functional change leadership to deliver your strategic goals. Need to shift from a sales-led operating model to a product-led one? Need external leadership for complex culture change?Have a team/function that is drowning? We can help. Rate card dependent on skills required.

2. Advisory - we are available on-demand for dedicated leadership facilitation and coaching sessions to support your team and de-risk decision-making. Need to supplement a missing capability or upskill a member of your team? We can help. Monthly packages of planned time begin at £800.

3. Module based - we agree a schedule of work and set of modules to help achieve your business outcomes. Need to operationalize your values? Review your management practices? Implement a strategy execution & OKR cadence and system? We can help. Most modules are between £5k and £10k, typically 1–3 weeks in duration.
